Only for those with an ACTIVE PGN+ Subscription. If you purchase this without an active PGN+ subscription, your request will be denied and no refund will be given.

A fully built custom property, ready to live in from the moment it's handed to you.

Unlike the shells, this is a proper MLO — rooms already laid out, detailed and furnished by design. No building, no decorating, just move in. It runs as a monthly subscription, so the property stays yours for as long as it's active.

• Custom-built MLO interior

• Move-in ready, nothing to furnish

• Monthly subscription

• Half price for PGN+ members

After your purchase

Open a ticket in our Discord once you've bought and a member of staff will get it set up for you. Please allow up to 48 hours — these are placed manually in-state, so it isn't instant.

Abuse of this purchase, or failure to follow server guidelines, will result in the property being removed without a refund.
